Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

 The galley made ice cream with the liquid nitrogen we brought them from the cryogenic building.
It was Thai food night and there was Pad Thai and home made coconut ice cream.
 It was really cool to watch.
And it was also very tasty.

  2. No fried bananas, but we had a spongy cake made with dates the next day. And bread pudding the day after. The baker is awesome.

  3. We also have 4 different kinds of tub ice cream everyday. We have to wait for the new tubs ice cream to warm up after we take it out of the arches because it's too hard to scoop for a few hours, it's stored at around -55F. The coconut was special because it was homemade and more interesting because of the nitrogen and because I got to help.
