Arrived in Reykjavik, Iceland before the sun and walked into down town from the domestic airport for breakfast.
It reminds me a lot of a colder, uncrowded, European town. Temperatures in low 40s this morning.
Walked into the Opera house on the water front. Interesting building.
A lot of heavy bags for a group of tired people.
The plane to Akureyri. The flight was mostly clouded in but what I could see was awesome. Those pictures will come later eventually.
I get a day of recovery to explore akureyri and repack for the ice flight (different weight limits). Akureyri looks nice, but smells kinda like old cheese, not sure what's up with that. I will investigate. At the hot springs and the bakery. Woohoo Iceland!
