It's been 2 years since I've made the trek to Antarctica and 11 years since I've been to Pole. But the right people asked nicely so here we go again! I'll be heading to pole for a short 5 week deployment as a switch hitter as a science and technical projects manager. . Stay tuned for photos from the other side.
The church looks about the same.
But the rest of the city is much more recovered from the earthquake now.
