These little birds dance on the water and pick up little bits of food. They are very quickly and difficult to take photos of. They are the smallest of the petrel family and they are one of the most abundant bird species in the world. They mostly live in the southern hemisphere in all oceans, but in the northern summer they will expand their range into the northern hemisphere as well.
They have very pretty yellow feet.
