Ceremonial Pole

Climbing down into a vault!

 This is at the ceremonial south pole, the geographical south pole is to the right of this. I'll get a picture of it eventually.  It's been pretty windy lately, its been -39.8 °C -39.6 °F and with the windchill -53.9 °C -65.1 °F. It's really not too bad, I can go out in my wind pants and hoodie for a good two minutes or so before it starts to feel really cold. With Big Red and goggles its no problem at all to go for a half hour or more.
