Very clear night last night, this was taken at around 11pm. The picture below is the same mountain just at about 1pm today instead.
Very clear day today as well, flight got delayed until wednesday. This is the view across the McMurdo sound, edge of the Ross ice shelf. The large mountain above is Mount Discovery.
The water here comes from the bay through a distillation plant. I had baklava for breakfast and a chickpea tomato stew with rice last night.
